Make me smile when no one else is around…
It’s hard some times when you’re all alone…
Wondering, waiting, will anybody call?
Lonely and sad, who’s there to fill the gap,
Feeling life’s nothing more than a shout of victory when you fall to it’s traps,
Who’s there to catch you, who’s there to say…
“God as my witness, (s)he is not going to be sad another day.”
It's nice to think you’re loved and be told from time to time,
And when someone asks you how you are, you always reply, “Mightily Fine…”
It’s nice to enjoy little blessings like the sunshine,
And a three course when you dine,
It’s nice to have a smile on your face and to give not always take,
It’s nice to be content with what you have and not lust over what you don’t,
The important thing is that you can cope,
All these things are nice and even being alone is nice…
Because you get to think about these things… more than twice.
God made times of loneliness for a reason,
You need to ponder on these things, because loneliness only lasts for a season.
Give God some praise and thanks for what he’s about to do,
Because right now he’s watching and seeing you through,
Providing for your wants and your needs…
Waiting to teach you how to sow and how to reap…
Designed and created for a purpose
Without him, the guess for humanities existence is hopeless,
God Almighty is his name,
Who has made a covenant with you – which is being fulfilled in these last days.
Think about these things which are more important than what we place our priorities on,
Because when you’re grey, you say ‘goodbye’ to fun,
What have you left, but to watch the rising of the sun?
In your youth, secure your foundation in this life,
For when you are old, times will bring struggle and strife.
Don’t forget your creator,
One day there will be no more ‘later’.
Forgive yourself and those who have hurt you,
Don’t carry a grudge to make You ‘Two’,
It’s the heaviest thing you can hold and I know you’ve heard it been told…
But pain will only destroy your soul,
While the other person has no problem remaining whole,
Do not seek revenge, for your enemy is God’s mess the attend,
Love the Lord with all your heart for only he can carry you through the storm,
And with no burden, brings joy in the morn.
A reality we all have to face…
One day he will return in all his glory..
Restore us to New Jerusalem our home for eternity.
But will you know him…
Do you know what he has done for you… Well, right now you have the choice to choose.
