This is a very serious situation. First of all, I want to applaud you for your heartfelt concern and effort, and I feel bad that this happened to you. Anyway, let me give you a scenario. Say if you knew there were a killer on the loose, and they attempted to take your life- would you go to the police? Well, if you're comp*ssionate for the lives of others, I would hope so. Basically, you need to go to her. Try not to do so in anger. That might be hard. Even if you do get angry when telling her this, it needs to be done. Does she even know that you were her first? Explain this to her also. And if you have to, beg her to get tested! I hope the best for you!!!
