What would happen?

what would happen if I looked into you eyes
and told you something you believed, but it was a lie,
and what would happen if I held you tight
and then you asked if I loved you and I said I might,
and what would happen if I kissed your lips
and then tore our photo into jagged bits,
but what would happen if I was to dance with you,
just one last time,
would you want to know why?
or would you already have known, and said goodbye?
