 | Jason and Lucy were inseperable since the age of ten. They were besfriends. Jason since they first met he was secretly in love with Lucy. He loved every thing about her. Cathy was too but she never said anything to him to let him know.They did everthing together, walk home, go to the movies, get in trouble together. They stuck by each other when an exboyfriend or exgirlfriend hurt the other and always said "Don't worry someone loves you very much out there". Not knowing that they meant each other. Jason's father abandoned him when he was twelve and he had no clue why. He was devastated and thought maybe his father didn't love him that's why he left. Through this hard time Lucy was the one that stuck by him, was his shoulder to cry him and helped him a lot through this time of need. She never left his side and Jason fell completely in love with Lucy. Years passed they went to prom together and graduation together. On graduation night he finally asked Lucy out and she accepted. He went on and on how he loved her for all these years and barely had the courage to tell her. Lucy indee felt the exact same way but she held back and wanted to wait not wanting to be hurt again how the others did. He told her it was okay if she didn't love him the way he did as long as they were together now. Jason told her how he appreciated her and her presence at his time of need during the time his father abandoned left. He said how the only two people who ever mattered anything to him in life were his father and her. Jason said, "And now I only have you and I don't know what I would do without you". Lucy replied, "I will always and forever be there for you". Cathy cried and still did not tell him that she did love him only that she cared about him still holding back.
A couple months later Cathy tried to find a way to show him how much she did love him so she started searching for Jason's father. After months of searching she found him. He had moved to Laredo because Jason's mother threatened that she would kill his son if he ever came back. In their car they were on their way to Eagle Pass to suprise Jason. Jason's father Michael in the car explained to Lucy that he always loved Jason but he was scared of Jason's mother's threat to kill Jason. About 30 on their way Jason called and asked where she was at. Cathy replied, "Baby I'll be there in 30 minutes I'm busy but I have a suprise for you".
Jesse heard a man's voice in the background and yelled, "Who the f*ck is that. I have loved you for ten years and now you are cheating on me!" Cathy said, "No baby, never, you don't know what you are talking about!" Jason screamed, "Yes I know exactly what the suprise is you are cheating on me and to think I was going to ask you to marry me when you got back." Cathy finally confessed, "Baby, I have to tell you something I have been wanting to tell you for years. I do love you more than anything in the world". Jesse said forget it and dropped the ring on the floor and that exact moment a car crashed into Lucy's side and killed her instantly. Jason's father survived.
I guess the message is that if you ever love someone don't hesitate to tell that person because you never know they can be taken away from you in a split second.
