Hours seem like Years

I can't erase thoughts surcomed to passing
I can't tell you what's up or what's down
I can't find a place that I'm ever lasting
I find it hard to hide this frown
But day after day that my love turns grey
I put on these smiling eyes
Fortune tells me everything day to day
To look toward the kaleidoscope skies

Look for the girl with the sun in her smile
To see how it will all unfold
To tell me why I walk earths mile
And I may live now, and forever be bold

And my fate sweep us both off out feet
And promise me you will never forget
The day we will meet
For we have already met

And I kind of steal this little emotion
But I don't know where it comes from
I can't find it, not within any notion
But what am I feeling to become?

It was never bitter-sweet
Nor are we now or ever will be
But here we are bottled up very discrete
To hopefully see what we are supposed to be.
