Daddy's Poem

I asked god to heal my heart
and comfort my mourning soul
to help me understand,
why you had to go
He said it would make me stronger
and in time I would understand
he said that life is short
so live it while you can

He said you'll always love me
and watch me from above
my heart will never heal
so I'll need alot of love

You'll never be replaced
in my heart you'll always stay
because the love of a father to his daughter
will never fade away
