Mr Right

I go through guys like a car goes a mile
But all I want is for one to stay a while
I'd love you and treat you right
And hold you close all through the night
All I want to know is if there's something wrong with me
Is there something else I should be?
I swear I've tried it all before
But all I get is shown the door

The only thing I want is love
And even the ocassional playful shove
I want to see the twinkle in your eye
And have it be there until we die

I may not be the greatest high
But the least I could ever do is try
I didn't want you to leave in such a flight
Cause who knows, you could've been Mr. Right
