A letter for the best

A friend in the fiery moments of life
A companion to be trusted when drowned by lies
The best friend I sought to be
The greatest friend given to me
I seek to steal your gloomy attention
To place your pungent frown in seclusion
To do whatever it takes to remove your creepy aches

Amidst this gloomy weather
I’ll make you float like feather
Fly you to such heights
And escape from your frights

I am all yours to own call me whenever you mourn
Cut myself instead of yourself
Whenever you’re lonely ask for my help

Put down your blade of sadness
Stand away from that mess
Though I can not brush your pain away
I promise that I will be here to stay
