Dear daddy

One day I took a break,
and decided to sit on the couch.
I turned the TV on,
and a sad song came on.Dear daddy,
what’s wrong with you are you o.k.
you haven’t written me in three or four days.
I turned on the news today,
and saw a man blood running down his face.
and the tears started rolling
my stomach was turning
I don’t know what I’ll do
if I see something like that happen to you
love your babygirl.
