Trust Again!

How can I learn to trust again?
How can I say I'm ok when I'm not?
It's so easy to say sorry to someone we love...
And it also easy to say that you forgive the one you love...But deep in your heart you can't learn how to forgive what
he had done to you...
You don't know what to do or say because you just feel all the pain that he cause to your heart
You never know how to forgive him...
But what really hurts you is you never know how to trust him again...
