Letter to my love one

Dear grandpa,
it has been years since I've seen you
since I had heard your voice
I remember every little detail of all the time we had spent together
I’m 20 now an doing good
but I know that you know that
since you watch me from above on a daily time
I miss you and regret not saying bye to you before I left
I remember coming back home after years
only to hear that you had past
I was young but knew an understand
I asked myself why did you leave
leave me here
I felt so lost without you in my life
but only thing that happen was it just made me stronger
stronger than I ever was
I miss you to death
if I could turn back time I would make sure
that the last time we seen each other
it would be special
I would've hugged you longer
I would've said I love you
but now you are a part of me
the strength
the wisdom
the courage
the all so goofy mind state
an you name as it is imprinted on my arm

always be my side to guide me
guide me through all that comes my way
