 | It was the beginning of the school year and she saw for the first time in two years a guy that used to like her and she had liked back (nothing had ever happened between them back then). She greeted him since she hadn't seen him for two years and then soon he started to like her again. She laid him off, thinking "oh how cute," but soon she began to like him again. By this time, unfortunately, he no longer seemed to like her as much as he had used to, but he still seemed to like her, so she was confused about him.One day, she asked him to a school dance and he said yes, and they went together. He is very weird. At school on the day of the dance, he still did not say hi to her when he passed by, though they were dates; at the dance, he never even tried to stir up any conversation - the girl was the one who was trying make conversation. As the dance went on, he did not even regard her and they split to go into our own little friend groups - an awkward situation. When the first slow song was played, however, the boy went back to the girl and they slow danced, but the moment the song was over, he returned to his friends group. When the last slow song of the dance was played, the girl walked over to the boy but saw him slow dancing with another girl. She was very sad that night and thought, "Why would he say yes to me if he was going to ditch me and then slow dance with some other girl?" When the dance ended, in her sad mood she decided to go talk to him, but he left without even saying a good-bye.
The following Monday, she decided to say to him that she was sorry for being a lousy date. It turned out that he had thought she had left without him (which is why he had left the dance without saying good-bye to her), and then the boy acted as though nothing had ever happened.
