Not Meant To Be

When I lost you, I lost my happiness.
A part of me is still gone, in a crowd I'm completely faceless.
You were the only one who truely knew me.
And we both thought that we were meant to be.
But days have came and gone, long nights have passed.
And finally, I have came to realize that our love wouldn't last.
It was a thing of the past and no matter how much I miss you.
Things will get better, the sun will come out and shine.
And sooner or later I'll find another beautiful soul, I'll be fine.
The only thing that hurts, the only thing killing me,
Is the fact, I know that we weren't meant to be.
