A Treasure I Can’t Wait to Hold

Couldn’t sleep last night I was up thinking about you
Your lips your smile your warmth god I miss you
Closed my eyes and there was the sound of your voice
You spoke to me so p*ssionately I felt its remorseYou’re the treasure I never had and I hold you dear to me
No one has ever made me feel alive always empty
You’re the spark that keeps me open from my fears and enemies
You help me grow better into the women I soon to be
If I never would’ve met you please listen to me
I’ve would’ve been lost empty and missing parts of me
And someone would’ve made me to the person he dreamed
Instead of loving the real me
All these things are the reasons why I couldn’t sleep
Throwing away the past memories I said farewell and never will keep
I’ll create new ones with you that’s what I’ll do
Am looking forward and I hope you are too
