Your quote has a good point. Just because people are suicidal it doesn't mean that they want to die. It just means that they are desperately trying to get attention. That is really pathetic to put that type of strain on those around you by doing suicidal things. What would happen if you did kill yourself? Do you know what that would do to those around you? There is something called communication that works wonders when you feel suicidal. Making light of something so serious isn't very cool. And why all the offensiveness and ganging up on 'the's comments? They do have a good point. Why would you try something if you really didn't want to do it? Whatever is worth doing at all, is worth doing well... maybe for you, that includes not just trying suicide but commiting it. I'd recommend not taking such offense to what others have to say. You guys get all worked up for nothing. Stress isn't good for your health... neither is being close-minded.

hey I just wanted to tell u that im a cutter tooo and I kno how hard it is to try and stop.The first time I did it was at a group home and that sucked cuz all I would do is cut and I would say after I do it that it reliefs the pain but it doont and I think bout dyin everyday but I keep my head up and get the help I need and I wish u would too but dont get it the wrong way im not tellin u wat to do im just sayin do it before it too late iight just remember keep ya head up

yes I'm suicidal but see the thing is I see suicidal as wanting 2 die. Cause thatz how I feel about suicide, when life is 2 hard 2 keep living that you want out, and death is the only way. So I dont relle get thiz quote cuz in my mind suicide, connects with killing yourself.

I love this qoute. I'm suicidal it's not that I want to die its that I want to get away from it all and I've tried many times but the dark clouds follows you and I like all of this Persons work. It's hard to explain but easier to show....

All these things cannot be avoided. Take the good with the bad. Whichever you agree or disagree with is strictly up to you. Judge and you shall be judged. If the world were a perfect place than everyone would simply love eachother and themselves still wars would be among us, because as human beings, we fear the unknown and hate what we cannot be.

I don't really understand the quote. Suicide is the intentional taking of one's own life. So how could being suicidal be not wanting to die? Not to rain on the parade or anything by being pedantic, but it's kind of misleading and I think that's why some people are getting angry. I think you're getting mixed up with being depressed, and in that way I can relate.
