My Pride

This is my life story,
it was how I never wanted to be,
I used to be shy,
I let people and time pass me by.But that all changed,
once I entered the 8th grade,
I hung out with a different crew,
I really didn't like the things we used to do.
I hated the way we used to act,
but I always had yalls back,
nobody passed me bye again,
that is when my new life began.
I will always remember my pride,
I will be there for you rather dead or live.
