I feel like I am losing you

The first day I lay eyes on you,
I feel in love,
but now I lost that love,
I hoped that this day would never come but it has,
my forever love has become my forever loss,
to this day I think about our first,
that feeling was amazing,
now I've lost it in a cloud of smoke,
please forgive me my forever love,
losing you is the hardest thing to do,
and I don't ever want to take this path again.
