I forgive you

I forgive you for lying to me for a year. I forgive you for cheating on me for a year. I forgive you for confusing and hurting me in the last couple of months. I forgive you for every tear you have made me cry. I forgive you for mistaking your intense desire to control me and my life as love.I forgive you for never really loving me at all. I forgive HIM for destroying us. And why? Because I will be a stronger and better person. Maybe I should thank you. But I won’t.
