Success Or Love

We all start off with winning in mind
That is the rule you see
For within the realm of all mankind
There’s a place where we all must be!That place is a place where success lives
And for most it is all but lost
If you find it, for sure success gives!
But how much, how much does it cost?
We waste half our lives in search of money
Have to have it to be happy we say!
My heart says to me “we don’t need money honey”
We want Love at the end of the day!
And I agree of course 'cause I’m not rich
I enjoy simple things you see!
For me to have fame is not my game
I just want Love for me to be
I don’t know how you feel?
To me it’s a great deal!
To have Love stretch as far as the sea
Success is not much when you’re lacking at Love
That could warm you and fill you with glee
I don’t feel much for success 'cause it makes you a mess
I’ll take Love 'cause I’ll be with Thee.
