 | I (Kelly) had a boyfriend (Cedric) and we were together for 3 years already. We were too much in love at that time. Cedric courted me for 2 years when I was in high school. He has been a big part of my life already. He was my best friend, my inspiration, my life. After I graduated in college, I decided to go abroad (Dubai).He also went abroad but in a different country (Singapore) since his school sent him there to have his training... he was decided to follow me here after his training on that country.. he stayed there for 6
Months with his college block mates.. With that span of time, we always had a communication.. We were ok. But then we started to always fight. But we managed to fix small fights then. I also noticed that he has changed a lot.. we always send messages to each other, his sms messages seem alright, the same sweet messages I have always received from him...
After 6 months, cedric went back to the Philippines (our home country). He still has a couple of months to finish his studies. During Sundays, its his free day. But then I noticed that when I always give him a call, he doesn't answer his cell phone. He always had excuses that he is out with his friends playing basketball or sometimes he said he has left his cell phone at the house, reasons like that. Every time we had a chance to talk, he usually goes home late even if his school finishes until 7pm only. Because I love him so much, I believed in him.. I believed in all his lies.
I have an access to cedric's email account, so one day, I logged in to it and then read his friends emails for him. and a 'guy’, he met in Singapore, is saying something about a girl named (Lisa) and asking cedric if both of them are fine and if they are still seeing each other. (Lisa is cedric's classmate since first year college. I have met her before and cedric told me that Lisa had an affair with their professor who is married already, stories like that - Lisa is a kind of girl who is crazy, adventurous, and jolly and loves flirting with boys!).
I got curious about the email of cedric's friend and so I visited Lisa’s friends profile.. Then I saw Lisa and cedric pictures together during the time when they were in Singapore.. all this time, cedric is cheating on me.. When I saw their pictures, I cried, I was really hurt, I thought it was the end of my world. Both of them looked very happy on the pictures, I even saw one of the pictures where they were sleeping together. I was really shocked at that time..
I called my family and friends; they were all here to comfort me. They have been very supportive. They all felt shocked since we did not expect that cedric can do this to me.. Then I called cedric immediately, at first he denied that he is having an affair with Lisa. but when I told him about the pictures, he said sorry to me.. He told me that he broke up with Lisa already but I do not believe him.. he also told me that maybe Lisa posted the pictures just to make revenge since he broke up with her already.. After our conversation. he did not contact me for two weeks.
Then one day, cedric sent me an email. he said sorry and asked for forgiveness. he told me that it was liza who made the first move when they were in Singapore and he did not love her.. cedric said I am the only girl he loves and he's saying that he was so stupid for making a big mistake. he said he misses me and he does not want to loose me..he also told me that he is not lying and he wants me to believe him. I replied to his email but after that email, I did not hear anything from him.. then yesterday, I received a call from my cousin in the Philippines, he was saying that cedric's best friend (james) wants to talk to me.. Then I called his best friend.. he told me that he wanted to tell me what happened but cedric warned him not to tell me. cedric also told him that he will just solve the problem his self and he does not need his advice..
Every time James asks cedric if he still loves me, James said that cedric just smiles. And every time James visits cedric at their house, cedric is always out. He is always avoiding James maybe because he does not want to talk about us.. Maybe cedric always spends time with Lisa.. I really hate cedric for doing this to me. He has been cheating on me for almost a year. I believe that his last email for me was also a lie.. Maybe he made it up just to lessen his sin and just to clean up his image.
I also asked james if he thinks cedric still loves me. James told me that from the start he knew how much cedric loves me.. But I told him that right now, we are not sure anymore because of Lisa.. James and cedric did not also had the chance to talk seriously since cedric is avoiding him.
He is not the cedric I used to know before. he has changed a lot. Even james could not believe it. Cedric became really different and bad because of that girl Lisa.. it is hard for me to accept it since we have spent so many years together. We were so happy then. But with just one snap (with the 6 months span of time when we were apart), he cheated on me just because of that Lisa..
Please give me an advice. I still love cedric. I still cannot believe he did this to me. Do you think he was telling the truth when he sent me his last email? Do you think he still loves me and he already broke up with Lisa?
