Passion that only my heart knows
Hidden in the depths of my soul
A dream that only my heart can see
If only you were there to be with me


You know my fears
And have shared my laughs
In present times
And times of the past
You’re in my life
And here to stay
But my secret
Will not to be revealed in time
For I’m not yours
And you’re not mine
This must stay in my heart concealed
Till times have changed
As I have willed
Till that day
When passion rises
Till the day I know it’s true
That I can finally be with you
Till that day.

This was an interesting poem. The Idea of someone being so perfect for another is I think a romantic illusion. But that does not mean that I don't believe in it.
