Hey,
It is understandable that you love him but give him time.. I was with a guy for a few months and I knew that I loved him, but we never said it to eachother, or when I did like "You know I love you" he'd reply no you don't. But Almost a year later, he told me that he loved me and not long later we were engaged... If it is true love don't rush it...
