She has signed off

Tears roll down her cheeks
As she brings the blade towards her wrists
No one can stop her now
For she is all alone
She presses the blade against her pasty skin
Her emotions are screaming out
As the pain becomes intense
She cannot give up now
She presses harder and harder
She feels great pain
She stops
Gives her gashes a blank stare
Nobody can save her
For she is still alone
She paints a picture inside her mind
Of her happy place
The sound of a car in the driveway
Becomes a blur
As she brings the pills to her mouth
Her father calls her
But she cannot here him
For she has signed off
