 | You can't taste food or smell the wine,
You tell your friends that your just fine,
From day to day it just gets worse,
For you were struck with a large love curse!
Some of life is numb as wood,
You hand around and nothings good,
You dream of lies and malice and deceit,
Your relationship is chopped up meat,
Fried and singed - a stir fried treat
A more depressing situation you won't meet!
Take heart because the pain is good,
It shows that your working as you should,
Instead of thinking all bad thoughts
The ifs and buts and all the worts
Try to find some rays of light,
A memory that connects you to your fight,
To put wronged situations right,
And win back what seemed lost in sight.
A day a week a month a year,
Sacrifice is shedding tears,
But whether you wait all day or year
Don't give in to all your towering fears.
For fear and anger lead to hate,
Frustration leads to gaining weight,
Emu's dig their heads in sand,
But human hearts can take command.
Climb your mountain- reach your love,
Step by step don't look above,
It seems so far to reach the top,
Its better to concentrate on what you've got.
Remember if you go too fast,
You'll trip and fall and smash like glass,
A safty line will save your *ss,
From falling down the mountain pass.
So if you think the pain is slow,
And you've got no where else to go,
Your not the only one you know,
Who's deep in love and stuck in snow!
We all have pain and tears and fears,
But faith will take us through the years,
Faith in love and faith in beer,
The one you lost is very near,
So kick him up the bloody rear,
And shout at him "I love you dear"
