Well..persnally I don get how people can fall in love over the internet.But I think u should live ur life dating with other people.And when he gets back if u he calls u or is still interested then I guess it would be meant to be.If u want to wait then jus wait for him and keep him in ur heart but date other ppl until u know he's back and wants u back.

OMG I am in the same situation!! I met my Military Man over the internet!! We have talked everday for 3 months!! He lives about 2 hours from where I live. In 19 days, he will be on a plane to me, for his 2 weks R&R. Atleast I hope!! I haven't talked to him in over a week! He is in Afghanistan. I have decided to be faithful to him, because I think that we that sparks will fly when we meet!! I thought I was the only one in this situation, and its nice to know there are people you can talk to that are going through the same thing!! im going through the same thing...me and my b/f have been together for 2 1/2 months and he is joining the army...we talk about getting married all the time when he comes back but thats many years away. I donno if I can wait that long, even if I do love him more than anything in the world...all ill be thinking about is him and worrying about him so I think were gonna end it and if theres still feelings when he comes back were gonna get together again...jus do waht u feel is right in your heart.

I was in the exact same situation. in fact he is from mississippi to. I love him so much. we dated for about 4 months while he was still in iraq before we meet in person. love at first site for me and him too. His name is Jack and i'll love him until the day I die. GO for it it's well worth it. I waited for 4 months to see him trust me if its meant to be it will last through this. good luck and god bless.

Hey alison I am going through the same thing as you I met my soon to be husband on the interent when he was over in korea, it was the hardest thing just talking and sending pics back and forth I never thought I would find true love.
