hate is a harsh word..but you can't help but say it when someone hurts your feeling...keep your head up..

To be obsessed with someone, to love them but to get nothing in return.

To be in love with someone is also an obsession and a healthy lunacy. Is to know that they know, like looking at them and seeing a reflection of your own feelings in their eyes. To look beyond your own desires and search their soul and view their heart.

It seems to me that the hardest lessons carry the deepest pain. He never loved you, so instead he laughed. He did not know love, and you needed to let him go, so he could find the one for him.

I know that the hardest part of saying 'I love you' is the fear of being laughed at, or rejected.

Also it is the most liberating feeling to know that you can move on.

It is ironic that women always seem to want a man who doesn't seem to care. When you find a man who wants you, you get scared, but then you cry when you are let down by a lost man who doesn't even know why he's dating you.


The greatest pain comes from the selfishness of holding on when you know that he doesn't love you.

You were played, but not by a player. That your ex bf didn't finish with you quickly when you first start pressing commitment tells me he's no player. True players quit at the first sign of relationship commitment, and prefer to move to the next lay.
If I were you or anyone, I would try not to let your own desires cloud your view of your partners feelings.

You know when you meet the right man or woman. It seems to me that the mood is different, and no questions even enter your subconsious concerning his/her feelings. The right man will never give up on you, even if you treat him badly.

I have sat here night after night trying to find the one poem that fits how Im feeling inside about my girlfriend leaving me and saying she needs time to think when it was to go and "play". Its amazing to feel such anger towards a person that you would walk a thousand miles for even though they have crushed your heart. The words in this poem are things that actually happened to me. Out of hundreds of poems I have read this one has hit the spot on what Im feeling inside. Everything in this poem seems to be what happened to me. No matter how much I layed my heart on my sleeve I was looked at like I was crazy. Many nights waiting for the call when it was, "Im just going out for a few drinks". Then no call. Great poem and hopefully one day what Im feeling now will slowly go away.
