Drowning

I can no longer hear the voices of the children at play,
The voices of the teenage gossip
Or the paretns whispering under their breath

I can no longer see the parents eating their lunch
The teenagers shopping along the strip
I can not see the young children at play

I can barely breath
I am drowning
the waves had pulled me under
I throw myself up hoping for one last breath

My eyes are watery
I can see nothing but a blur
I hear a light scream
it is my own.., I am drowning as it is shown

I shall diw all alone and will you care that I am not there
This was meant to happen was this meant to be
We now cannot be together maybe now you'll see

Are you happy now that I am not there ..
no now your crying
Now you'll show uou cared!
