How can I live with youthful wonder,
When all I do is grow old?
How can I travel a thousand miles,
When I'm sinking into the ground?
How can I wish for days of smiles,
When I've lost the beauty I've found?
How can I ever pick myself up,
When I have nothing left to build?
How can I ever have enough,
When the emptiness cannot be filled?
How can I even begin to cope,
When I know that my heart is broken?
How can I find a glimmer of hope,
When there are no words left unspoken?

I CAN focus on anything,

I CAN appreciate the new day's sun,
