One last mistake

I made the mistake of letting you go
That was bad enough
I thought I was trapped, but now I am lost
Things just seem so toughThe weight of my troubles pulled me down
I couldn’t hear my heart
The words of love confused my soul
But now I’m falling apart
I thought it would feel better to talk to you again
Reminisce on good old times
Is reminiscing just remembering pain
That long ago you were mine
So shall I make one last mistake?
Or should I let it drop
As I cant seem to silence my heart
Unless…I make it stop.
