False hopes

You cant hurt me very much more,
because I already hurt too much.
You cant tell me anymore,
because I've already heard enough.
Why do you keep telling me things,
that you know are not real?
Why do you keep saying you'll be back,
when you know you never will?
Why are you giving me false hopes,
when you know they'll never come true?

Please dont hurt me anymore,
or I might not make it through.
