You said that i could trust you
so I opened up this heart
a place that was damaged
in the past and torn apart.I told you how important it was
that you should never lie
even about the small things
because this could cause my love to die.

I needed some one just for once
to be honest and sincere
but i guess you were not listening
because my words you did not hear.

even though you may think
what you did was helping out
with in my heart and in mind
you have now placed doubt.
