The dusty moon upon my lonely face,
the star-filled night‘s elusive, dreamful cure;
my heart is melting from the thoughts of space,
I’m hopeful I am worthy to endure.And dawns, those promises you made to me;
Those aimless goals, surreal in their way;
suspended animation, mystery!
Our love is gone, I shun the light of day.
In outer space, I’m safe, I have no fear …
above the earthly ways you scar and brand;
you scream but I‘m too far away to hear.
I‘m beaming out, my love, please understand.
Acceptance, safety, space, my silent cry…
of weightless matter, orbit-bound am I.
