The tears run down my face,
my heart was b-r-o-k-e-n in two,
Since love must be shared,
I gave the other half to you.The Biggest mistake I made,
Was making that move.
I gave half my heart to you.

I loved the way I saw you,
running down that field.
As I saw you keep on jogging,
I noticed you would'nt yield.

You were running to me,
Not to fast but not slow.
for that moment on,
I know our love would glow.
