Slowly fading

She sits in her room,
All alone again,
She knows she's falling to her doom. She slits her wrists to dull the pain,
Everynight she see's the blood,
The blood escaping from her vein.

Her parents don't seem to notice the pain inside,
She said everyting was fine,
But really their daughter has simply lied.

As the days pass by and by,
She finds herself obssesing about ways she can die,
And at night you sometimes hear her silent cry.

Someday she will unfold,
She will open up,
Her heart will be no longer cold.

As she lyes awake,
She thinks and knows this is her fate,
God has now come for her soul to take.
