I’m attempting to write in these words for you,
Love words, so unsaid that can’t be compared.
I’m not asking the world but the world I’d give,
As you’re my king and my hearts reigning crown.Those words are nice, sincere with loving intent,
But alone, are not enough to relay what’s meant,
I want to try and show in ways you don’t know
How special you are as our young love goes grow.
What treasures I’d give perhaps all I own or have
If the love in my heart through my pen, might flow.
You’re my Husband, my lover, my best friend,
My life every day, second, minute, the one l depend.
My one and only love every new dawn and days start
My daily beginning and its end as my thoughts impart
I love you and I pray that through my thought you’ll see,
Like as rain, to a flower, My Husband, you are, to me.
My pen and heart can never express or deeply relay
The countless many things relaying my love each day
These words form my heart have really poured strong,
As ever more I love you I devote my love all life long..
