The day we met I saw something different in you, we began to talk and I realized it was true.
As the days went on my feelings grew deep. I wanted you to be mine, someone I could keep.You said you began to feel something in your heart, I hoped it was love, a relationship we could start.
We had great days we spent together, moments I wish would have lasted forever.
But it seems what makes me happy always ends, that's when you began to believe the lies of your friends.
I promised you I would never do anything to hurt you, but no matter how much I tried, there was nothing I could do.
I threw my heart out and gave you everything I had, but still I'm here so miserable and sad.
But now I realize this is not how I wanna be, so I'm hoping you can open up your eyes and see.
My feelings for you will always stay true, I wanna make you happy, but the choice is up to you.
