The Victim

It's hard to describe the word- "hurt";
If you've ever been there, it makes you feel like dirt.
Though he may not be cheating on you;
You'll never know because you can't see through.You will feel all empty inside;
Because someone else has stolen your pride.
He used to make you feel pretty;
But now it seems like you're only getting self-pity.
When you finally accept the feeling --
of hurt deep down inside;
You will then realize that you --
were the victim of someone elses lies!
