In the moment

The moment i returned
and looked upon your face
somehow my heart just knew
it was back to it loving placeIn the moment you touched me
and pulled me to your side
your arm slipped round my waist
My heart had no place to hide

The first time i touched you
i felt your heart beat beneath my hand
i looked deep into your eyes
they spoke a launguage i understand

The moment that you held me
I've treasured in my mind
A place of all memories
your name engraved in this heart of mine.

And in the moment i felt your heart
gently dancing with my soul
and gazing eyes that spoke of love
you are the one who makes me whole.
