I can smell the blooming flowers, As I hugged her from behind;
I don’t know what they were thinking, when they said, “love was blind”
From the first time I saw her, I knew she was the one.
That would make my day bright, with the warmth of the sun.The comfort she gives me, when I’m going through hardtimes;
Would prove that she’s perfect, that she’s really a dime.
When she tells me she loves me, my knees become week;
My heart would be racing, that I could hardly speak.
My precious Ruby, The love of my life;
I wish you someday, as my loving wife;
So til forever and a day, you will always have my love;
And when everything is gone, my heart you’ll still have.
A walk through the shore, together hand in hand;
Would make me feel special, somewhat more than a man.
All through the years, we’ve loved each other so;
